TRAVEL INFORMATION

Kazimierz Dolny is located on the Vistula River, about 140 kilometres from Warszawa, 50 kilometres from Lublin and 14 kilometres from Puławy.

To get to Poland, we recommend taking a plane to the Warsaw "Frederyk Chopin Airport".

BY MINIBUS:

Minibuses to Kazimierz Dolny depart from the Warsaw Airport in front of the departures hall (upper level), zone A, at 13:00 and 16:20.

Some other minibuses go from Warszawa Centralna vicinity (see below how to get there) to Kazimierz Dolny: 7:45, 8:30, 12:10, 14:15, 15:30, 17:30, 19:05 (Company web page bus stop number 04 between Warszawa Centralna railway station and "Zlote tarasy" commercial center). Price is around 30 PLN (8 EUR).

BY TRAIN:

From Warsaw (Okecie airport) to Warsaw main railway station (stations "Warszawa Centralna" or "Warszawa Srodmiescie"):

Train connection operated by SKM (S2 line and S3 Line) and KM Companies (depart at Okecie, underground station, about 100 m to the right from the main entrance to the arrival hall).
If you get off at Warszawa Srodmiescie you need to walk to the railway station through underground passage (5 min).

 City bus No. 175 (bus station: third lane in front of arrival hall, slightly on the right, tickets in kiosks or in ticket machines).

A taxi costs around 40 PLN (10 EUR). Omit taxi drivers inviting to a taxi INSIDE arrivals hall! Take an official taxi IN FRONT OF arrivals hall.

Trip to Warszawa Centralna takes around 30 minuters depending on the chosen transport and traffic.

From Warsaw to Pulawy:

Trains to Pulawy (train station "Pulawy Miasto") depart from Warsaw Central station (Warszawa Centralna). The trip from Warsaw to Pulawy takes around 2.5 h.

From Pulawy to Kazimierz Dolny:  

BY BUS:
There is a city bus No. 12 from Pulawy to Kazimierz Dolny (the trip takes about 30 min) departing from a bus stop close to the railway station. Tickets are available in the bus (around 3 PLN - 0.8 EUR). The conference location is in a walking distance from the bus stop in Kazimierz Dolny (But there is an up-hill walk!). BY TAXI:
You can also take a taxi (around 50-60 PLN - 12-14 EUR).
